Welcome to BitKingz. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our casino games, our sportsbook and every service we provide at bitkingz.com. By creating a BitKingz account or by using the BitKingz app, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this document, we ask that you refrain from using our services. Where our website is translated into other languages, the English version prevails over any translation.

Who We Are

Our casino is operated by Novatrix SRL, a company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-893958, with its registered address in Province 03 of Cartago, County 07 of Oreamuno, Potrero Cerrado, North Side of Manuel Avila Camacho School, Costa Rica. Vixatrix Limited, a Cyprus company with registration number HE 459370 and registered address at Pavlou Nirvana 4, Alpha Tower, 1st floor, Flat/Office 11, 3021 Limassol, Cyprus, is also named in connection with our operations. Dama N.V. and Tronabriz Limited are additionally identified on our site as processors of Paysafe transactions.

We hold an e-gaming licence No. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, and we operate under that regulatory framework. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with our support team are settled by arbitration in Costa Rica, or through the independent ADR body EGIS (egis.io), which operates under Tobique Gaming Commission regulations. Eligibility and Account Registration

To play at BitKingz, you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We permit only one account per person, family, address, e-mail, IP address, phone number, account number, card, e-wallet or device. If you attempt a BitKingz casino login using duplicate credentials, we reserve the right to suspend or close the accounts involved.

All deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name, and we require completed identity verification (KYC) before releasing any withdrawal. Document review can take up to 30 working days, and your withdrawal will remain pending during this process. If we cannot reach you by phone or e-mail within two weeks of your withdrawal request, we may lock your account and cancel the pending withdrawal.

Geographic and Country Restrictions

Our services are intended for an international audience, with named markets including Germany, Australia, Canada (excluding New Brunswick and Ontario), New Zealand, Norway and the Arabic-speaking markets, alongside a default English locale. Players who breach this restriction are not entitled to any refunds or withdrawals. We prohibit the use of VPNs or any other technology to bypass our geo-restrictions. If we determine that VPN use has occurred, we reserve the right to confiscate any related winnings and void the associated bonuses.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Every BitKingz deposit is free and processed instantly, with a minimum of 20 EUR/USD (or the equivalent in your chosen currency) and a maximum of 4,000 EUR per method. We support Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Instadebit, iDebit, Interac, Neosurf, Purplepay, Ecopayz, Paysafecard, MiFinity, MuchBetter, RapidTransfer, Flexepin, Jetonbank, AstroPay, Ezeewallet, eVoucher by CashtoCode, Sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly, Revolut and Bitcoin, along with nine additional cryptocurrencies including BCH, ETH, LTC, DOG, USDT, BNB, ADA, TRX and XRP.

Every BitKingz withdrawal is subject to the same minimum of 20 EUR/USD, with a 4,000 EUR cap per method (200 EUR minimum on bank transfer). Card, e-wallet, Instadebit, iDebit and Interac withdrawals are processed instantly once approved; bank transfers take 3–7 business days. We process approved withdrawal requests within 72 hours, though the exact payout timing depends on your chosen method and your verification status. We apply daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits of 2,500 EUR, 5,000 EUR and 20,000 EUR respectively, unless a specific promotion states otherwise, and wins above 20,000 EUR may be paid in monthly instalments. Progressive jackpot wins are always paid in full and fall outside these limits.

We may pay out via a method different from the one you requested, and we reserve the right to pay a withdrawal directly to your bank account. Card withdrawals are returned as Original Credit Transfer (Visa) or Payment Transfer (Mastercard) up to your net deposited amount, with any excess paid by another method.

Our Bonus Terms

Our Welcome Package offers up to 5,000 EUR and 500 free spins across your first three deposits, each claimed with its own bonus code (BK1, BK2, BK3). We also run a BitKingz no deposit bonus and other no-deposit offers by e-mail, and our Daily Boosters, Daily Cashback Hunt and King'z Bonanza promotions are available once qualifying conditions are met. Any BitKingz casino no deposit bonus requires e-mail verification and 45x wagering, and winnings cannot be withdrawn until your total deposits reach at least 20 EUR/USD.

If you receive a BitKingz promo code or bonus code, please note that only one bonus can be active on your account at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. Your real money balance is used first, followed by bonus funds; if the bonus balance is lost, the associated bonus is forfeited. Wagering weights differ by game type: slots count 100%, table games and video poker count 5%, and live dealer games do not count at all toward bonus wagering. Unwagered bonus funds and related winnings are voided at the end of the bonus period. Our Club of Kingz VIP Program
